CHITWAN, MAR 12 - As many as 27 people have been infected by swine flu in Chitwan so far after 17 more cases were confirmed in the district on Thursday.





Ram KC, the vector-borne diseases controller at the District Public Health Office, Chitwan, said that 27 people were found infected with the Influenza A (H1N1) virus so far.



The office had sent the samples of 162 people to the central health laboratory for tests and 27 were found infected.
Similarly, the concerned body has alerted the people to be careful about the possible spread of the disease.
